Abstract
Formulación que contiene leche como base con un reducido contenido de carbohidratos, que tiene una proporción de carbohidratos a proteína como máximo de 1,1, un contenido de proteínas de por lo menos 5,4% en base al material anhidro, y una proporción de ceniza a proteína es sustancialmente similar a la de la leche como materia prima usada como material de partida, y un método para su preparación. La formulación que contiene leche como base puede usarse en la preparación de un producto hecho con leche recombinada con un reducido contenido de lactosa, que tiene un gusto completo de la leche normal sin ninguna deficiencia en sus propiedades organolépticas.
