Abstract
Método para aislar osteopontina a partir de una alimentación derivada de leche que contiene al macropéptido de caseína y/o una b caseína libre, como por ejemplo una alimentación basada en suero de leche o suero dulce. En particular, el presente método comprende usar una ventana reducida de pH y conductancia específica de la alimentación derivada de leche, que ha demostrado proporcionar un aislamiento de osteopontina a partir de alimentaciones químicamente complejas.
