Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para aislar la osteopontina de los alimentos derivados de la leche que contienen una concentración alta de proteínas. Particularmente, el presente método implica el uso de una ventana estrecha de pH y una conductancia específica de alimento derivado de la leche, que se ha probado de forma sorprendente que proporciona un aislamiento muy eficaz de la osteopontina de los alimentos químicamente complejos.
