Abstract
Péptidos aislados que tienen actividad inhibitoria de la fosfolipasa, polipéptidos que comprenden actividad inhibitoria de la fosfolipasa y lipasas con capacidad de ser inhibidas por los péptidos aislados y/o polipéptidos que comprenden actividad inhibitoria de la fosfolipasa. También hace referencia a construcciones de ácido nucleico, vectores de expresion recombinantes y células huésped recombinantes que comprenden los polinucleotidos así como métodos para producir y utilizar los péptidos y los polipéptidos que tengan actividad inhibitoria de la fosfolipasa. Reivindicacion 1: Un péptido aislado que tiene actividad inhibitoria de la fosfolipasa, seleccionado de: a) un péptido aislado que comprende una secuencia de aminoácido que tiene una identidad de al menos 65%, al menos 70%, al menos 75%, al menos 80%, al menos 85%, al menos 90%, al menos 95%, al menos 97%, o 100% con los residuos 289-310 de la SEC ID N°:1 o los residuos 154-175 de la SEC ID. N°: 10; b) un péptido aislado codificado por un polinucleotido que se hibridiza bajo condiciones de astringencia medias o condiciones de astringencia elevadas con una secuencia que codifica el péptido de SEC ID N°:1 o la hebra complementaria de dicha secuencia codificadora de péptido de la SEC ID N°:1; c) un péptido aislado codificado por un polinucleotido que comprende una secuencia nucleotida que tiene una identidad de al menos 65%, al menos 70%, al menos 75%, al menos 80%, al menos 85%, al menos 90%, al menos 95%, al menos 97%, o 100% con los residuos 289-310 de la SEC ID N°: 1; o d) un péptido aislado que comprende un motivo con la siguiente secuencia de aminoácido: M1T2D3X4X5L6E7X8K9L10N11X12Y13V14X15X16D17X18E19Y20X21K22 donde X4, X5, X8, X12, X15, X16, X18, y X21 pueden ser, en forma independiente, cualquier aminoácido, donde el tamano del péptido es menor que 60 aminoácidos (aa).
