Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) en la cual W representa -CH2CH2- o -CH=CH-; Y representa un enlace o un grupo alcandiilo C1-4 y R1 representa un grupo aril- o heteroaril-, grupos que de manera independiente están no substituidos, mono-, di, o trisustituidos, en donde los substituyentes son seleccionados de manera independiente desde el conjunto que consiste en halogeno, alquilo C1-4, alcoxilo C1-4, alquil-carbonilo C1-2, fluoroalquilo C1-2, fluoroalcoxilo C1-2, nitro, ciano y fenilo, en donde el fenilo está no substituido o mono-sustituido con halogeno; o benzo[d][1,3]dioxolilo; o ariloxilo; o un grupo ciclohexil- o un grupo ciclohexenil-, grupos que de manera independiente están no substituidos o mono-sustituidos con alquilo C1-4; o alquil-carbonilo C1-2; o alcoxi-carbonilo C1-4; o Y representa en conjunto con un grupo alquilo C4-6 o un grupo amino-C4-6-alquilo; Z representa -C(O)NR3-* o -CH2NR4C(O)-*, en donde los asteriscos indican el enlace que está unido a R2; R2 representa cicloalquilo C3-6, que está no substituido o mono-sustituido con hidroxilo, hidroxi-metilo, R5R6N-CH2-, heterociclil-metilo o -CONH2; o alquilo C1-6, que está no substituido o mono-sustituido con fluor, trifluorometilo, alquiltio C1-4, alcoxi-carbonilo C1-4, hidroxilo, ciano, -NR5R6, -COOH, -C(O)NR7R8 o de manera opcional alcoxilo C1-4mono-sustituido, en donde el substituyente es seleccionado de entre hidroxilo y heterociclilo; o alquilo C1-6, que está mono-sustituido con cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalquilo que está no substituido o mono-sustituido con -NR5R6 o hidroxilo; con heterociclilo, heterociclilo que está no substituido o mono-sustituido en un átomo de nitrogeno con alquilo C1-4, alquil-carbonilo C1-2 o tert-butoxicarbonilo, y/o mono- o di-sustituido en uno o dos de los átomos de carbono con substituyentes seleccionados de manera independiente de entre halogeno, alquilo C1-4 y alcoxi C1-2-alquilo C1-2; o con un grupo aril- o heteroaril-, grupos que de manera independiente están no substituidos, mono-, di, o tri-sustituidos, en donde los substituyentes son seleccionados de manera independiente desde el conjunto que consiste en halogeno, alquilo C1-4, -CH2NHR9, -SO2NH2 y fenilo; o fluoroalquilo C3-5, que está mono-sustituido con heterociclilo, heterociclilo que está no substituido o mono- o di-sustituido en uno o dos de los átomos de carbono con substituyentes seleccionados de manera independiente de entre halogeno y alquilo C1-4; o heterociclilo, que está no substituido o mono-sustituido en un átomo de nitrogeno con alquilo C1-6, bencilo o tert-butoxicarbonilo o mono-sustituido en un átomo de carbono con pirrolidin-1-il-metilo; o un grupo aril- o heteroaril-, grupos que de manera independiente están no sustituidos, mono-, di, o trisustituidos, en donde los substituyentes son seleccionados de manera independiente desde el conjunto que consiste en halogeno, alquilo C1-4 y fenilo; o un grupo seleccionado de entre 1-carbamoil-2-fenil-etilo, 1-metoximetil-2-fenil-etilo, 2-morfolin-2-fenil-etilo, 2- fenil-vinilo, 2,2-dicloro-1-metil-ciclopropilo; R3 representa hidrogeno, alquilo C1-3 o 2-metoxi-etilo; o R2 y R3 forman, en conjunto con el nitrogeno que los porta, un anillo de 5 a 7 miembros, anillo que está substituido con amino-C1-4-alquilo; R4 representa hidrogeno o metilo; R5 representa hidrogeno, alquilo C1-3 o tert-butoxicarbonilo; R6 representa hidrogeno o alquilo C1-3; R7 y R8 representan de manera independiente entre sí hidrogeno o metilo; o R7 y R8 forman, en conjunto con el nitrogeno que los porta, un anillo pirrolidina o piperidina; y R9 representa hidrogeno o tert-butoxicarbonilo; o una sal de un tal compuesto. Reivindicacion 13: Una composicion farmacéutica que contiene, como principio activo, un compuesto de formula (1) de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, y al menos un excipiente terapéuticamente inerte. Reivindicacion 14: El uso de un compuesto de formula (1) de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, o de una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo para la produccion de un medicamento para la prevencion o el tratamiento de una enfermedad seleccionada de entre enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades obstructivas de las vías respiratorias, condiciones alérgicas, infecciones retrovirales mediadas por VIH, trastornos cardiovasculares, neuro-inflamacion, trastornos neurologicos, dolor, enfermedades mediadas por prion y trastornos mediados por amiloide; y para ser empleado en la modulacion de las respuestas inmunes.
