Abstract

Plantas y provee métodos para aumentar la expresion génica de un gen blanco en una planta o parte de ésta. Además, métodos para modificar la especificidad de promotores específicos de planta y para modificar por ingeniería genética ARN pequeno, no codificador y activador (sncaARN) a fin de aumentar la expresion de un gen blanco en una planta o parte de ésta. También métodos para la identificacion de sncaARN y sus transcriptos primarios en una planta capaces de aumentar la expresion génica en una planta o parte de ésta.
