Abstract
La invencion está relacionada con un dispositivo para alimentar aire de combustion primario o un gas dentro de un horno para la carbonizacion de carbon, dispositivo que está provisto de aberturas en forma de boquilla cuyos puertos de entrada están hechos de un material refractario, y donde estas aberturas están ubicadas por encima del área de la puerta o en el área superior de la puerta del horno de coque y no tienen dispositivos de regulacion para el flujo de aire o agua, y donde parte del aire primario o de un gas pasa por estas aberturas, y donde en el área superior del horno se proveen aberturas adicionales dentro del horno a través de las cuales pasa otra parte de aire primario o de un gas y que están equipadas con unidades de control compuestas por un mecanismo de plegamiento o un vástago helicoidal o un cerrojo de cono y conectadas a un elemento de accionador mecánico, y donde estas aberturas en el área superior del horno están configuradas como tubos que pasan a través de la pared superior, tubos que están configurados, por ejemplo, como tubos en U o como un sifon para brindar proteccion contra influencias externas. La invencion también está relacionada con un método para la carbonizacion de carbon que utiliza los dispositivos para alimentar aire primario o gas, mediante el cual es posible cerrar las aberturas en forma de boquilla por encima del área de la puerta luego de la fase de puesta en marcha del proceso de produccion de coque.
