Abstract

Inhibidores de la secretasa gamma, utiles para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Alzheimer o de los tipos frecuentes de cáncer, que incluyen pero no se limitan a: carcinomas cervicales, carcinomas de mama y tumores malignos del sistema hematopoyético. Proceso, medicamento. Reivindicacion 1: Derivados de 6-oxo-6,7-dihidro-5H-dibenzo[b,d]azepin-7-ilo de la formula (1) en la que R1 es hidrogeno o alquilo inferior sustituido por halogeno; R2 es alquilo inferior; R3 es alquilo inferior sustituido por halogeno, -(CH2)n- cicloalquilo o -(CH2)n-fenilo, dicho anillo fenilo está sin sustituir o sustituido por halogeno; n es el numero 0, 1 o 2; o epímeros opticamente puros farmacéuticamente aceptables o mezclas de los mismos.
