Abstract
Productos lácteos cultivados y más en particular a composiciones de queso crema cultivado que se preparan sin un paso de separacion del suero y que tienen niveles reducidos de materiales lácteos cultivados. Métodos para elaborar dichos productos de queso crema o lácteos cultivados. Los productos de queso crema o lácteos cultivados contienen una cantidad considerable de material lácteo no cultivado (en general mayor que alrededor de 60%, y preferentemente entre alrededor de 70 y alrededor de 80%, de la proteína láctea total).
