Abstract
Sulfonas de tripéptido y tetrapéptido, composiciones farmacéuticas que las contienen, su uso farmacéutico, y su preparacion. Los compuestos son utiles para potenciar los efectos citotoxicos de agentes quimioterapéuticos en células tumorales, ejercer toxicidad de modo selectivo en células tumorales, elevar la produccion de progenitores GM en la médula osea, estimular la diferenciacion de médula osea, mitigar los efectos mielosupresores de los agentes quimioterapéuticos, y modular la hematopoyesis en la médula osea. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1), X es L-gamma-glutamilo o L-gamma-glutamilglicilo; Y es H, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroalquilo opcionalmente sustituido, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, aralquilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, o heteroaralquilo opcionalmente sustituido; y Z es alquilo C5-9, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, aralquilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, o heteroaralquilo opcionalmente sustituido; o su alquil C1-10, fenil-alquilC1-3, o heteroarilC5-6-alquilC1-3 mono- o di-éster; o una sal del compuesto o su mono- o di-éster.
