Abstract

TRIPEPTìDEO E TETRAPEPTIDEO TIOéTERES. A presente invenção refere-se a um tripeptídeo e tetrapeptídeo tioéteres, composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos, seu uso farmacêutico, e sua preparação. Os compostos são úteis em potencialização de efeitos citotóxicos de agentes quimioterapêuticos em células de tumor, exercer seletivamente toxidez em células de tumor, elevação de produção de progenitores de GM em medula óssea, estimulação de diferenciação de medula óssea, mitigação de efeitos mielo-supressivos de agentes quimioterapêuticos, e modulação de hematopoiese em medula óssea.
