Abstract
Una composicion adecuada para la catálisis en un procedimiento para la fabricacion de poliéster, que comprende como componente I una substancia portadora en la cual los compuestos de metal catalíticamente eficaces son adsorbidos, en donde dicho componente I puede contener también un agente de suspension elegido entre un alcanol y/o diol de alcano; y como componente II un compuesto de ácido fosfonico de la formula (1), en donde: a) dos de los grupos R1, R2 y R3 son -H y el tercer grupo es -H o alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo o -arilo y R es alquilen C1-10-carboxilo, -cicloalquilen-carboxilo o -arilén-carboxilo, con lo cual el grupo carboxilo es adyacente a R1; y/o b) R es O, por lo cual R1, R2 y R3 son grupos glicol tris-trialquileno. La sustancia portadora se selecciona de carbono activo, tierra de diatomeas, zeolitas, silicatos sintéticos, silicatos naturales, oxidos de silicio, hidratos de silicio, fulerenos o polímeros reticulados con un tamano de grano medio d de 0,05 a 2,0 mm y un área específica de las partículas, segun el método BET, > 50 m2/g. El componente catalíticamente eficaz puede contener por lo menos uno de los compuestos de metal Ti, Zr, Sb, Ge, Sn y Al, y el metal está ionicamente presente en una proporcion en peso de sustancia portadora respecto del metal es 1:50 a 50:1. Un procedimiento para la fabricacion de poliéster que se obtiene por la esterificacion o transesterificacion, precondensacion y policondensacion, que incluye las siguientes etapas: proveer una mezcla de la reaccion de un alcohol polivalente y un ácido carboxílico que contiene por lo menos dos grupos carboxilo o sus ésteres, y el agregado de catalizadores, en donde los dos componentes I y II son agregados a la mezcla de reaccion como catalizadores. Poliéster que puede obtenerse de acuerdo con el procedimiento descripto y su uso para la fabricacion de botellas, películas, láminas, materiales de fibras y plásticos técnicos. Uso de la composicion anteriormente descripta como catalizador en la fabricacion de poliéster.
