Abstract
Un compuesto antibacteriano de 3-aminoquinazolina-2,4-diona representado por la formula (1) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de ellos, en donde: R1 y R3 independientemente son H, alquilo y alquilo C1-12 sustituido, alquenilo y alquenilo C2-12 sustituido, alquinilo y alquinilo C2-12 sustituido, cicloalquilo y cicloalquilo C3-12 sustituido, arilo y arilo sustituido, heterociclo y heterociclo sustituido, o heteroarilo y heteroarilo sustituido; R5, R6 y R8 independientemente son H, (O)nalquilo C1-12 y alquilo sustituido, (O)nalquenilo C2-12 y alquenilo sustituido, (O)nalquinilo C2-12 y alquinilo sustituido, halo, NO2, CN, o NR'R''; en donde n es 0 o 1; R' y R'' son como se definen en la memoria; R1 y R8 pueden ser tomados junto con los átomos a los cuales están unidos para formar un anillo cíclico que tiene de 1 a 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de N, O y S y optativamente sustituidos por R' y R''; R7 es hidrogeno, alquilo y alquilo C1-12 sustituido, alquenilo y alquenilo C2-12 sustituido, alquinilo y alquinilo C2-12 sustituido, halo, NO2, CN, NR'R'', COOR', arilo, arilo fusionado, heterocíclico, heterocíclico bicíclico, o espiro heterocíclico, en donde todos los grupos del anillo pueden ser sustituidos; y J y K independientemente son C o N, siempre que cuando J o K es N, R6 o R8 esté ausente en esa posicion. Composicion farmacéutica que comprende dicho compuesto mezclado con un portador diluyente o excipiente. Uso del compuesto para fabricar dicha composicion farmacéutica para tratar una infeccion bacteriana para inhibir un mutante de tipo natural de girasa de ADN y un mutante de girasa de ADN resistente a la quinolina.
