Abstract
Se describen compuestos de fórmula (1) en la que: R2 es H, halógeno, alquilo (C1-4), O(alquilo(C1-4)), NH(alquilo(C1-4)) o N(alquilo(C1-4))2; R4 es H o CH3; R5 es H o CH3; R12 es H, halógeno, alquilo (C1-4), CF3 o NO2; R13 es H, alquilo (C1-4), halógeno, OH o NH2, con la condición de que R12 y R13 no son ambos H; y R14 es COOR14a, en el que R14a es H o alquilo (C1-6); o R14 es (alquenil(C2-4))COOR14a, en el que R14a es como se define en la presente; o R14 es (alquil (C1-4))COOR14a, en el que R14a es como se define anteriormente; o su sal o profármaco, útiles como inhibidores de la transcriptasa inversa de HIV.
