Abstract
Un método y una máquina para la producción de artículos de vidrio huecos, tales como botellas, tarros, vasos y otros artículos de vidrio, por los procesos de soplo-soplo, prensa-soplo, prensa-soplo molde empastado y prensa directa en máquinas formadoras de artículos de vidrio que incluyen múltiples secciones, que comprenden: formar una primera preforma o parisón en una orientación invertida, en un molde de bombillo y un primer molde de corona transferible retenido por un aparato de inversión que tiene un primero y un segundo brazos opuestos diametralmente entre sí que son capaces de ser girados a 180° en forma indexada, cada uno de los brazos reteniendo un molde de corona; invertir el parisón retenido por el primer molde de corona, haciendo girar el primer brazo a 180°, a una orientación vertical hacia una estación intermedia, permitiendo el recalentamiento y elongación del parisón en la misma, mientras el segundo brazo con el segundo molde de corona es simultáneamente colocado en una estación formadora de parisón, para llevar a cabo otro ciclo formador de parisón; transferir el primer molde de corona reteniendo el primer parisón en una orientación vertical, a través de una trayectoria semicircular, desde la estación intermedia, hasta una estación de moldeo por soplo, mediante un aparato de transferencia longitudinal; liberar el primer parisón en un molde de soplo, y regresar el primer molde de corona al primer brazo del aparato de inversión, en la estación intermedia, para ser colocado de nuevo en la estación formadora de parisón mediante rotación del primer brazo a 180° adicionales, completando una vuelta de 360°, mientras el segundo brazo llega a la estación intermedia para llevar a cabo un ciclo de transferencia; soplar el primer parisón en un molde de soplo, para formar un artículo acabado; y transferir el artículo acabado en una orientación vertical, a través de una trayectoria semicircular, una vez que el molde de soplo es abierto, por medio de un aparato sacador, para colocarlo en una placa muerta para enfriar el artículo acabado y transferirlo a una banda transportadora.
