Abstract
Un procedimiento in situ para preparar cloroadenosina, en el que se hace reaccionar la adenosina en un disolvente no acuoso con un cloruro de tionilo y una piridina para formar una solución de reacción; se cambia el disolvente no acuoso por un alcohol inferior, y se anade una base a la solución de reacción; y se filtra, se lava y se seca la cloroadenosina resultante. Adicionalmente, se describe un procedimiento de dos etapas para la síntesis de metiltioadenosina usando la cloroadenosina preparada in situ.
