Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO IN SITU PARA PREPARAR CLOROADENOSINA, EN EL QUE SE HACE REACCIONAR LA ADENOSINA EN UN DISOLVENTE NO ACUOSO CON UN CLORURO DE TIONILO Y UNA PIRIDINA PARA FORMAR UNA SOLUCION DE REACCION; SE CAMBIA EL DISOLVENTE NO ACUOSO POR UN ALCOHOL INFERIOR, Y SE AÑADE UNA BASE A LA SOLUCION DE REAACION; Y SE FILTRA, SE LAVA Y SE SECA LA CLOROADENOSINA RESULTANTE. ADICIONALMENTE, SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE DOS ETAPAS PARA LA SINTESIS DE METILTIOADENOSINA USANDO LA CLOROADENOSINA PREPARADA IN SITU.
