Abstract
La presente se refiere a procedimientos de preparación de inhibidores de tipo 1 (NHE-1) de intercambiador sodio-hidrógeno de fórmula (1), y a procedimientos de preparación de composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden tales inhibidores NHE-1. Reivindicaciones 1: Un método de preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1), caracterizado porque comprende: combinar una mezcla de acetonitrilo y un compuesto de la fórmula (2), con cloruro de tionilo para formar una mezcla que comprende un compuesto de fórmula (3), evaporar el exceso de cloruro de tionilo de dicha mezcla para formar una mezcla evaporada; y combinar dicha mezcla evaporada con guanidina para formar un compuesto de fórmula (1), enla que R1 es metilsulfonilo o hidrógeno; R2 es hidrógeno o un halógeno; R3 es hidrógeno; R4 es hidrógeno o un halógeno; o R3 y R4, junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos, forman un anillo de seis miembros completamente insaturado que tiene un heteroátomo que es nitrógeno.
