Abstract

Un aparato y método para la cocción de piezas de productos alimenticios livianos que incluyen un freidor de tipo tambor que transporta preformas individuales, cortadas por matriz a través de aceite caliente contenido dentro de un tanque de cocción definido entre la periferia del tambor y un alojamiento en el que el tambor está contenido.
