Abstract
Se trata de un método de preparacion de un producto que contiene ácido tartárico, fortificado con calcio, esencialmente libre de precipitados de tartrato. La concentracion de ácido tartárico de un precursor es ajustada para obtener un precursor ajustado. Un aditivo que comprende un compuesto a base de calcio se mezcla con el precursor ajustado para preparar el producto fortificado. El compuesto puede ser de calcio, variedad de otros compuestos o mezclas de los mismos. El producto fortificado, cuando se almacena a aproximadamente 21 degree C puede permanecer esencialmente libre de precipitado de tartrato, al menos dieciséis semanas.
