Abstract
El invento se refiere a los compuestos de formula (I), en donde X, Y, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R7, R8, R11, m y n tienen los significados indicados en lareivindicaion 1, y a sus sales aceptables desde el punto de vista fisiologico. El invento tambiense refiere a un procedimiento para preparar estos compuestos,a las preparaciones farmacéuticas que contienen y al empleo de los mismos en calidad de inhibidores de la integrina, en particular para la profilaxis y eltratamiento de las enfermedadesdel sistema circulatorio, de trombosis, infarto de miocardio, enfermedades coronarias, arterioscleorosis, osteoporosis, procesospatologicos que se mantienen o se propagan por angiogenesis y en la terapia de los tumores.
