Abstract
Compuestos de la fórmula (I) en donde X, Y, Z, R1, R2, R3 Y R4 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicación 1, con la condición de que almenos un elemento elegido del grupo formado por X, Y, Z debe ser CH2, y a sus sales aceptables dese el punto de vista fisiológico. También se refiere a unprocedimiento para preparar estos compuestos, a las preparaciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y al empleo de los mismos en calidad de inhibidores de laintegrina, en particular para la profilaxis y el tratamiento de las enfermedades del sistema circulatorio, de trombosis, infarto de miocardio,enfermedades coronarias, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, procesos patológicos que se mantienen o se propagan por angiogénesis y en laterapia de los tumores.
