Abstract
Composicion que comprende por lo menos una mezcla de surfactantes y un componente de aceite, comprendiendo la mezcla de surfactantes por lo menos unsurfactante anionico o zwitterionico, un surfactante no ionico y un componente de fosfato de alquilo.Esta composicion es extremadamente bien toleradapor la piel, la mucosa y los ojos, y tiene excelente formacion de espuma. La limpieza de la piel, sin importar los surfactante agregados, da como resultado unahinchazon de las capas corneas, los constituyentes hidrosolubles de la suciedad son eliminados por lavado y las sustancias endogenas a la piel soneliminadas con lavado. En el proceso, las grasas de la piel que aparecen naturalmente también son disueltas y eliminadas, haciendo necesario abastecera la piel con estos factores o factores protectores subsidiarios. Para este proposito, se utilizan en la técnica preparaciones de aceites como preparacionespara el bano o la ducha. Estas deberían ser provistas como sistemas de una sola fase, que ante el contacto con agua, forma una emulsion o un solubilizadocompleto prefiriéndose a la division en dos fases y, por ejemplo, la fase oleosa separándose en la superficie del agua. Como resultado de la formacion de unaemulsion, la piel, y muy particularmente la piel seca, es, durante la operacion de limpieza, mejor cuidada con los aceites preferidos que en sistemas dedos fases. Las preparaciones de aceites con y sin surfactantes son conocidas en la técnica. Las preparaciones de aceites tienen un contenido de como mucho55% de surfactante y también por lo menos 45% de una seleccion de componentes oleosos.
