Abstract

Se preparan elastómeros que exhiben disminución en los tiempos de desmoldeo y mejora en la resistencia en crudo, haciendo reaccionar un di- opoliisocianato con un diol de polioxipropileno monodisperso que tienen ultrabaja insaturación,y dep referencia se preparan por polimerización de óxidode propileno catalizada con cianuro dimetálico alcohol terbutílico. Una mejora adicional en los tiempos de desmoldeo y en las propiedades físicas delelastómero pueden obtenerse por el uso demezclas multidispersas de poliéter polioles de polioxialquileno que tienen una insaturación global menor a 0,010meq/g y una polidispersidad de 1.4 o mayor. La invención se refiere a un prepolímero y a composiciones de polioles depolioxialquileno a decuados parapreparar estos elastómeros, al elastómero de poliuretano obtenido y a una suela para zapato que comprende dicho elastómero.
