Abstract
Se refiere a productos cubiertos con azúcar mejorados que tienen un núcleo comestible y cuya superficie consta de una cubierta dura con sabor a frutasformada con alcohol de azúcar que se forma aplicando sobre la superficie de dicho núcleocomest ible, una solución de sacarina preparada agregando unagente amargo a un alcohol de azúcar, donde una capa de dicha cubierta contiene un agente amargo. Se refiere además a un proceso para la preparaciónde dichos productos que consisteen apli car sobre la superficie de dicho núcleo comestible una solución de sacarina preparada agregando un agenteamargo a un alcohol de azúcar, hacer evaporar la humedad, y repetir luego los pasos de aplicación de la solución de sacarina yde evapor ación.
