Abstract
Se describen nuevas espiro[ciclopent[b]indolpiperidina] de fórmula I en donde X es hidrógeno, halógeno, alcoxi inferior, alquilo inferior, hidroxi otrifluorometilo y m es 1 o 2 o un grupo de fórmula II donde R es alquilo inferior y R3 es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior; R1 es hidrógeno o alquiloinferior; R2 es hidrógeno, grupo de fórmulas II, III, IV y V donde n es 1 o 2 , X y m son como se definió antes, Y es hidrógeno o un grupo de fórmula IV,donde R4 es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior yp es 2 o 3 ; sus isómeros ópticos, o sus sales de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptables. Para preparardichos compuestos se utilizan nuevos intermediarios y procedimientos. También se describen composiciones farmacéuticas que incluyen dichos compuestos y unadyuvante y sus usos en tratamientos para mitigar la disfunción de la memoria y tratar la depresión. Se incluye además el procedimiento de preparación delcompuesto activo.
