Abstract
Det beskrives anvendelse av en enmånedssprøyte ("once-a-month- injectable") som inneholder en østrogen og gestagen komponent som aktive stof- fer for fremstilling av et legemiddel for å hindre befruktning og for sam- tidig hormonerstatningsterapi for kvin- ner omkring og før klimakteriet. Med dette legemiddel oppnås en sikker befruktningshindrende effekt med et "naturlig" østrogen (uten etyn- yløstradiol) med inngående, virksom terapi mot de begynnende østrogenbort- fallsfenomener så vel som en osteo- poroseprevensjon.
