Abstract
Se utiliza un inyectable de una vez al mes que contiene un componente estrogénico y gestagénico como sustancias activas para preparar un medicamento contraceptivoutil al mismo tiempo en la terapia de reemplazamiento hormonal para mujeres perimenopáusicas y premenopáusicas. Se alcanza un efecto contraceptivo confiable con un estrogeno "natural" (sin etinilestradiol) con este medicamento, así como también una terapia efectiva de los primeros síntomas de deficiencia de estrogeno, y la prevencion de osteoporosis.
