Abstract

Aseptisk smakstilsatt melkesammensetning og fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av aseptisk smakstilsatt melkesammensetning som anvender temperaturer på fra ca. 35 til ca. 65°F (2 til 80°C). Fremgangsmåten anvender en unik blanding av et stabiliseringsmiddel som innbefatter kolloidal mikrokiystallinsk cellulose, og et fortykningsmiddel og et additiv i kombinasjon med typiske smaksstoffer og en eller flere andre eventuelle ingredienser, slik som søtningsstoffer, vitaminer og mineraler, for å danne en aseptisk smakstilsatt melkesammensetning, særlig sjokolademelk, egnet for konsumpsjon som mat.
