Abstract
El objetivo de la invencion son los derivados de indolin-2-ona de formula (I) en la cual W representa un grupo -CH2- o -SO2; Cy constituye con el átomo de carbono con el cual están ligados un ciclo hidrocarbono no aromático con -C3-C12, saturado o insaturado, eventualmente condensado o substituido por uno o varios grupos (C1-C7)alquilos, dichos grupos pueden substituir una o varias veces el mismo átomo de carbono o por un espirocicloalquilo con C-C6; T representa un (C1-C4)alquileno eventualmente interrumpido por un (C3-C6)cicloalquileno, dichos alquilenos están eventualmente substituidos una o varias veces sobre el mismo átomo de carbono por un (C1-C3)alquilo; o bien T representa un enlace directo; Z representa especialmente un grupo amino; R1 y R2 así como R3 y R4 son ya sea hidrogeno; ya sea los substituyentes, tales como por ejemplo un halogeno, un alquilo, etc. Aplicacion: medicamentos que tienen una afinidad para los receptores de la vasopresina y/o de la oxitocina.
