Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para tratar cuerpos formados que comprenden una superficie de acero que tienen un contenido de carbono en el intervalo de 0% a 2.06% en peso y que tiene un contenido de cromo en el intervalo de < 10% en peso antes de la formación en frío, en el cual al menos un cuerpo formado es puesto en contacto con una composición ácida acuosa para formar una capa de conversión como una capa de separación, donde la composición ácida acuosa es preparada únicamente con una formulación, la cual consiste esencialmente de agua, de 2 g/L a 500 g/L de ácido oxálico y a) de 0.01 g/L a 20 g/L de al menos un catalizador a base de guanidina y/o b) de 0.01 g/L a 20 g/L de al menos un nitrato y, opcionalmente, de pigmento, agente tensoactivo, y/o un agente espesante, donde la remoción de decapado de la composición ácida acuosa está en el intervalo de 1 g/m2 a 6 g/m2, donde el peso de capa de una capa de conversión seca se encuentra en el intervalo de 1.5 g/m2 a 15 g/m2, donde la relación de la remoción de decapado al peso de la capa PR:LW de la capa de conversión seca se encuentra en el intervalo de (0.30 a 0.75): 1 y donde la capa de conversión seca forma un recubrimiento firmemente adherente.
