Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método catalizado enzimáticamente para producir L-glufosinato o un fosfoéster del mismo. El método comprende una etapa en la que una L-homoserina HA activada se hace reaccionar con un sustrato S seleccionado de ácido metilfosfínico y los ésteres del ácido metilfosfínico. Para la catálisis enzimática se utilizan enzimas sulfhidrilasas E1. La invención hace accesibles nuevos sustratos en la producción enzimática de L glufosinato y sus fosfoésteres.
