Abstract
La presente invención es un método para acelerar una reacción enzimática que incluye, hacer reaccionar un sustrato con una enzima en presencia de (a) un éster alquílico ramificado de ácido sulfosuccínico que tiene un grupo alquilo ramificado con 9 o más y 12 o menos carbonos o una sal del mismo.
