Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo y a un procedimiento para producir una unión de soldadura probada entre dos elementos de contacto (11, 12), que se unen entre sí en un plano de soldadura S, que comprende un espacio de compresión para alojar los elementos de contacto (11, 12), estando dicho espacio de compresión delimitado por una superficie de trabajo de un sonotrodo, que transmite oscilaciones ultrasónicas, y una contrasuperficie (15) de un contraelectrodo (16) en una primera dirección axial en dos lados opuestos y por superficies de delimitación de elementos de delimitación opuestos en una segunda dirección axial en dos lados opuestos, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo un cabezal de prueba (27) al lado del espacio de compresión, y siendo dicho cabezal de prueba capaz de ser transferido desde una posición fuera del espacio de compresión hasta una posición dentro del espacio de compresión de tal manera que el cabezal de prueba (27) esté dispuesto dentro del espacio de compresión abierto en un modo de prueba del dispositivo para someter un elemento de contacto (12), de la unión de soldadura previamente producida, a una fuerza de corte esencialmente orientada paralela al plano de soldadura S, y estando dicho cabezal de prueba (27) dispuesto fuera del espacio de compresión en un modo de soldadura del dispositivo para producir la unión de soldadura.
