Abstract

Un dispositivo de soldadura (1) para soldar una estructura (W) de armazón de acero usando un robot de soldadura (30) está equipado con un dispositivo (90) de control de soldadura para controlar la operación del robot de soldadura (30), y un dispositivo de precalentamiento (200) para precalentar la estructura (W) de armazón de acero. El dispositivo (90) de control de soldadura está equipado con: un medio de entrada (91) en el que se introduce al menos la información de precalentamiento y las dimensiones de la estructura (W) de armazón de acero y/o la forma de la junta de soldadura; y un medio de almacenamiento (95) que tiene al menos datos de instrucción de la trayectoria de operación del robot de soldadura, datos de condiciones de soldadura y datos de condiciones de precalentamiento. Asimismo, la soldadura se realiza generando automáticamente condiciones de soldadura, la trayectoria de operación del robot de soldadura y condiciones de precalentamiento para la junta de soldadura que ha de soldarse, de acuerdo con los datos de instrucción de trayectoria de operación del robot de soldadura, los datos de condiciones de soldadura y los datos de condiciones de precalentamiento que se preparan de antemano de acuerdo con la información de precalentamiento y las dimensiones de la estructura (W) de armazón de acero y/o la forma de la junta de soldadura.
