Abstract
Caracterizado por el procedimiento segun la invencion, varias secciones de cilindro se sueldan entre si, mecanizandose al menos secciones de cilindro individuales (1) antes de la soldadura en la zona de sus cantos frontales (1a, 1b) a soldar con al menos una herramienta de mecanizado (4). Ademas, la seccion de cilindro a mecanizar se provee de elementos de refuerzo (2) dirigidos hacia adentro, colocandose un eje temporal (3) en los elementos de refuerzo (2) de tal modo que el eje temporal (3) queda alineado en el eje central (1c) de la seccion de cilindro (1) y fijandose al menos una herramienta de mecanizado (4) en el eje temporal (3) mediante un soporte (4a) y girando respecto a la seccion de cilindro (1) alrededor del eje temporal (3) o con el mismo durante el mecanizado de los cantos frontales (1a, 1b)
