Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a productos de bebidas lácteas con cacao listas para beber. En particular, la invención se refiere a un sistema de proteínas inducido por agregación controlada de proteínas de leche que imparte atributos sensoriales sobresalientes y estabilidad física mejorada de los productos de bebida, en particular, cuando contiene bajo contenido de grasa y/o bajo contenido de azúcar.
