Abstract
La invención se refiere a una lámina de acero laminada en frío y recocida que comprende en peso: 0.6 = C = 1.3%, 15.0 = Mn = 35%, 5 = Al = 15%, Si = 2.40 % S = 0.03%, P = 0.1%, N = 0.1%, posiblemente uno o más elementos opcionales seleccionados de entre Ni, Cr y Cu en una cantidad respectiva de hasta 4.0%, hasta 3.0% y hasta 3.0% y posiblemente uno o más elementos seleccionados de entre B, Ta, Zr, Nb, V, Ti, Mo y W en una cantidad acumulada de hasta 2.0%, el resto de la composición hecha de hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la elaboración, la microestructura de dicha lámina comprendiendo opcionalmente hasta el 3% de carburos de kappa, opcionalmente hasta un 10% de ferrita granular, mientras que el resto está hecho de austenita, el tamaño de grano promedio y la proporción de aspecto promedio de la austenita siendo respectivamente por debajo de 6 µm y compuesta de entre 1.5 y 6 y el tamaño de grano promedio y la proporción de aspecto promedio de la ferrita, cuando está presente, siendo respectivamente por debajo de 5 µm y por debajo de 3.0. También se refiere a un método de fabricación y con el uso de dicho grado para la fabricación de partes de vehículos.
