Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un acero, la composición del cual es, en porcentaje en peso: 10.0 % = Ni = 24.5 %; 1.0 % = Mo = 12.0 %; 1.0 % = Co = 18.0 %; = 14.0 % = Mo + Co + Si + Mn + Cu + W + V + Nb + Zr + Y + Ta + Cr + C + Al + B + Ti + N = 29.0 %; 21.5 % = Ni + Co + Mo = 40.0 %; trazas = Al = 4.0 %; trazas = Ti = 0.1 %; trazas = N = 0.010 %; trazas = Si = 4.0 %; trazas = Mn = 13.0 %; trazas = C = 0.03 %; trazas = S = 0.0020 %; trazas = P = 0.005 %; trazas = B = 0.01 %; trazas = H = 0.0005 %; trazas = O = 0.03 %; trazas = Cr = 5.0 %; trazas = Cu = 4.0 %; trazas = W = 6.0 %; trazas = Zr = 4.0 %; trazas = Ca = 0.1 %; trazas = Mg = 0.8 %; trazas = Nb = 4.0 %; trazas = V = 4.0 %; trazas = Ta = 4.0 %; trazas = Y = 4.0 %; el resto es hierro y las impurezas resultantes de la producción. La población de inclusión, observada bajo análisis de imagen en una superficie pulida de 650 mm2 si el acero está en la forma de una pieza trabajada en caliente o una chapa laminada en caliente, y 800 mm2 si el acero está en la forma de una chapa laminada en frío, no contiene inclusiones no metálicas que tengan un diámetro equivalente superior a 10 µm. La invención también se refiere a un producto hecho del acero, tal como una chapa o tira, y a un método de fabricación del mismo.
