Abstract
El acero caracterizado en que su composición, en porcentajes en peso, es la siguiente: 10.0% = Ni = 24.5%; 1.0% = Mo = 12.0%; 1.0% = Co = 25.0%; 20.0% = Mo + Co + Si + Mn + Cu + W + V + Nb + Zr + Ta + Cr + C = 29.0; Co + Mo = 20.0%; Ni + Co + Mo = 29%; trazas = Al = 4.0%; trazas = Ti = 0.1%; trazas = N = 0.0050%; trazas = Si = 2.0%; trazas = Mn = 4.0%; trazas = C = 0.03%; trazas = S = 0.0020%; trazas = P = 0.005%; trazas = B = 0.01%; trazas = H = 0.0005%; trazas = O = 0.0025%; trazas = Cr = 5.0%; trazas = Cu = 2.0%; trazas = W = 4.0%; trazas = Zr = 4.0%; trazas = Ca = 0.1%; trazas = Mg = 0.1%; trazas = Nb = 4.0%; trazas = V = 4.0%; trazas = Ta = 4.0%; el resto son hierro e impurezas que resultan del proceso de fundición y fabricación, y en que la población de inclusión, como se observa mediante el análisis de imágenes sobre una superficie pulida que mide 650 mm2 si el acero está en forma de una parte de componente/pieza de trabajo que es formada en caliente o en hoja laminada en caliente; y que mide 800 mm2 si el acero tiene la forma de una hoja laminada en frío, no contiene inclusiones no metálicas con un diámetro equivalente mayor de 10 µm y, en el caso de una hoja laminada en caliente, no contiene más de cuatro inclusiones no metálicas con un diámetro equivalente de 5 µm a 10 pm por encima de 100 mm2, la observación es realizada mediante análisis de imagen sobre una superficie pulida que mide 650 mm2. Un producto hecho de este acero tal como una hoja o una tira, y el método de fabricación del mismo.
