Abstract
La invención se refiere a una herramienta de corte (2), en particular una barra de perforación (2) para la mecanización de hoyos (16) separados entre sí por una distancia (a) en una dirección axial (4), que comprende un cuerpo principal (10) que se extiende en una dirección axial (4) con un eje de rotación (R), con al menos un elemento de corte (12) que tiene un borde de corte (SE), así como con una cantidad de elementos guía (14) para guiar el cuerpo principal (10) en un hoyo de guía (16A), en donde los elementos guía (14) para el eje de rotación (R) están espaciados un radio de guía (r1) aparte, en donde observado en una sección transversal, el cuerpo principal (10) está dividido en una región funcional (19) y una región excéntrica (20), en donde los elementos de corte (12) y los elementos guía (14) están dispuestos distribuidos a lo largo de la circunferencia del cuerpo principal (10) a lo largo de una región angular (a) menor que 180°, en donde la cara circunferencial (22) del cuerpo principal (10) en la región excéntrica (20) tiene una distancia (d) desde el eje de rotación (R) que es menor que el radio de guía (r1), en donde el cuerpo principal (10) tiene un cuerpo básico (34), así como al menos un elemento de equilibrio (36) que está ubicado dentro de la región excéntrica (20) y está diseñado para compensar, al menos parcialmente, un desequilibrio de otro modo existente, y en donde entre el cuerpo básico (34) y el elemento de equilibrio (36) se forma un plano de división (T) que está orientado paralelo a un plano central (M) que está definido por el eje de rotación (R) y un borde de corte (SE) del elemento de corte (12).
