Abstract

La invención hace referencia a un proceso para el pretratamiento de piezas que tienen una superficie de aluminio o aleaciones de aluminio para la formación sin corte y/o el enlace mediante soldadura o unión adhesiva a piezas pretratadas de manera similar o de manera opcional, en su caso, recubiertas previamente, o de manera opcional, a partes recubiertas previamente compuestas por acero y/o acero galvanizado y/o galvanizado con aleaciones, y también para un posterior tratamiento contra la corrosión permanente mediante fosfatación, a través de un tratamiento de conversión libre de cromo, mediante la aplicación de un imprimador o mediante recubrimiento de superficie, caracterizado porque las piezas a) se decapan mediante una solución ácida acuosa que comprende un ácido mineral por inmersión o pulverización, b) se enjuagan con agua y c) se ponen en contacto con una solución ácida acuosa libre de cromo y que comprende Zr como fluoruro complejo y Mo como molibdato en una relación en peso (que se calcula como metal de Zr/Mo) de Zr:Mo de 15:1 a 3.5:1 mediante la aplicación por inmersión o pulverización para generar, luego del secado posterior, un peso de la capa de, en cada caso, 2 a 15 mg/m2 de Zr y Mo, donde la solución comprende de 100 a 800 mg/l de Zr y de 30 a 100 mg/l de Mo (que se calcula como metal de Zr/Mo) y tiene un pH de 2,5 a 4,5.
