Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir productos prefabricados en un recinto hermético al aire, el cual comprende las etapas de una carbonatación de unidades prefabricadas de hormigón pre-secado alimentando gas CO2 dentro un recinto hermético al aire, cerrado, bajo presión atmosférica casi ambiental (psig entre 0 y 2) y/o condiciones de baja presión (entre 2 y 15 psig), en el que dichas unidades de hormigón pre-secado tienen una pérdida entre 25 a 60% de su contenido de agua de mezcla inicial.
