Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de aspersión presurizado que contiene: un gas propelente, y - un producto lácteo fermentado que comprende un emulsionante y un estabilizador y que tiene: • un contenido de grasa comprendido entre 1 y 6 %, y • un contenido de proteína total de por lo menos 3 %, que es capaz de asperjar el producto lácteo fermentado para formar una espuma de producto lácteo fermentado, así como un método para producir dicho dispositivo y un método para obtener una espuma de producto lácteo fermentado.
