Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema para recuperar metales preciosos catalíticos desde soluciones acuosas de tratamiento galvánico. El sistema comprende al menos un tanque de retención y al menos una unidad de filtración, en donde el tanque de retención retiene la solución de tratamiento galvánico y la unidad de filtración comprende medios de ultrafiltración y en donde la unidad de filtración está conectada hidráulicamente al tanque de retención. La unidad de filtración tiene la capacidad para proporcionar una corriente de permeado que tiene una menor concentración de metal precioso catalítico en relación con la alimentación de la unidad de filtración y una corriente de concentrado con una mayor concentración de metal precioso catalítico en relación con la alimentación de la unidad de filtración. El sistema comprende al menos un intercambiador de calor dispuesto hidráulicamente entre el tanque de retención y la unidad de filtración, que tiene la capacidad para limitar la temperatura promedio TR1 de la solución acuosa de tratamiento galvánico a =50ºC, preferentemente =45ºC, más preferentemente =40ºC antes de entrar en la unidad de filtración.
