Abstract
El método de producción descrito incluye un paso de forjado de matriz para obtener un material en bruto forjado (30) con rebaba (B) que tiene una forma de cigüeñal, y un paso de recortado para remover la rebaba (B) del material en bruto forjado (30) mientras se atrapa el material en bruto forjado con un par de matrices de sujeción (10). En el material en bruto forjado (30), al menos uno de los brazos de grúa en basto (A´) tiene, en una región cercana a un muñón de biela en basto adyacente (P´), una primera porción de exceso (Aaa) que sobresale de una periferia exterior de una porción lateral (Aa´, Ab´) del brazo de grúa en basto. Cuando el material en bruto forjado (30) es atrapado con el par de matrices de sujeción (10), la primera porción de exceso (Aaa) se deforma con el par de matrices de sujeción (10) para sobresalir hacia un muñón de bancada en basto adyacente (J´).
