Abstract
Un método para producir una hoja metálica con líneas elevadas usa un laminador que incluye una pluralidad de soportes de rodillos y produce una hoja metálica que incluye, en una superficie superior, una pluralidad de líneas elevadas que se extienden en una dirección de laminación. El método incluye una etapa de preparación, una etapa de selección, una etapa de incorporación y una etapa de formación. En la etapa de preparación, se prepara un rodillo ranurado, en donde el rodillo ranurado incluye una pluralidad de ranuras en una superficie periférica externa. En la etapa de selección, se selecciona un soporte al menos una etapa antes del último soporte. En la etapa de incorporación, el rodillo ranurado se incorpora en el laminador como un rodillo superior del soporte especificado y elegido. En la etapa de formación, una pieza de trabajo es laminada por el laminador y se forma en una hoja metálica con líneas elevadas formadas correspondientes a las respectivas ranuras del rodillo ranurado. En este punto, en la etapa de formación, hasta que un borde delantero de la pieza de trabajo alcance un soporte junto al soporte especificado, una reducción de laminación máxima lograda por los rodillos del soporte especificado se ajusta a un valor provisional que es inferior al valor requerido. Después de que el borde delantero de la pieza de trabajo alcanza el soporte junto al soporte especificado, la reducción de laminación máxima lograda por los rodillos del soporte especificado se cambia al valor requerido.
