Abstract
Un método para formar un objeto tridimensional se lleva a cabo (a) proporcionando un portador y un miembro ópticamente transparente que tiene una superficie de construcción, el portador y la superficie de construcción definiendo una región de construcción entre ellos; (b) llenando dicha región de construcción con un líquido polimerizable, comprendiendo dicho líquido polimerizable una mezcla de (i) un primer componente líquido polimerizable ligero, y (ii) un segundo componente solidificable (por ejemplo, un segundo componente reactivo) y es diferente de dicho primer componente (por ejemplo, que no contiene un fotoiniciador catiónico, o se solidifica adicionalmente mediante un mecanismo físico diferente, o se hace reaccionar adicionalmente, se polimeriza o se extiende la cadena mediante una reacción química diferente); (c) irradiar dicha región de construcción con luz a través de dicho miembro ópticamente transparente para formar un andamio de polímero sólido a partir de dicho primer componente y también hacer avanzar dicho portador fuera de dicha superficie de construcción para formar un intermedio tridimensional que tiene la misma forma o una forma para ser impartida a dicho objeto tridimensional y que contiene dicho segundo componente solidificable (por ejemplo, un segundo componente reactivo) transportado en dicho andamio en forma no solidificada y/o no curada; y (d) simultáneamente con o después de dicho paso de irradiación, solidificación y/o curado (por ejemplo, reacción adicional, polimerización adicional, extensión de cadena adicional), dicho segundo componente solidificable (por ejemplo, dicho segundo componente reactivo) en el intermedio tridimensional para formar dicho objeto tridimensional.
