Abstract

La presente invención proporciona moléculas resistentes a la disociación por proteasa que comprenden los polipéptidos efectores de la toxina Shiga capaces de exhibir potentes funciones de la toxina Shiga (por ejemplo, el encaminamiento subcelular y la citotoxicidad). La presente invención también proporciona moléculas resistentes a la disociación por proteasa dirigidas a las células para dirigirse a tipos específicos de células, por ejemplo, las células infectadas o malignas.
