Abstract

Describe la aislacion y purificacion de toxinas Shiga marcadas con histidina (marcadas con His) biologica e inmunologicamente activas, toxinasasociadas con HC y la secuela HUS potencialmente peligrosa para la salud transmitida por cepas de bacterias patogenas. Describe como el marcado con Hissimplifica mucho y acelera la purificacion de las toxinas Shiga y describe un método mejorado para tal purificacion. Un aspecto es obtener y usar toxoidesShiga que son inmunorreactivos perono toxicos. Otro aspecto es obtener y usar proteínas de fusion de toxinas o toxoides Shiga marcados con His. Otro aspectoes obtener y usar anticuerpos a toxinas Shiga marcadas con His, toxoides o proteínas de fusion de toxinas/toxoides Shiga.
